Research Alert: Online Survey Regarding Oral Contraceptives and Rheumatoid Arthritis

Researchers in the Department of Anthropology at UCLA are currently conducting an online survey examining the influence of oral contraceptives on the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. If you are a woman age 18-45, have rheumatoid arthritis, and have been taking oral contraceptives for at least 3 months, you can assist in this research by clicking on the link below.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. The survey is completely anonymous – no information about your identity, your computer, or your internet service provider will be collected. Participation is on a volunteer basis – you will not be paid for your participation. This study has been approved by the UCLA Office for the Protection of Research Subjects and The Arthritis Foundation (approval date 6/9/03).
