Symptomatic high grade heart block in Lyme disease.

We describe an unusual and remediable form of heart block which developed in the course of
Lyme disease. The diagnosis of
Lyme disease requires a careful clinical history pertaining to epidemiologic geography or a history of erythema chronicum migrans. In this case, a highly selective cardiac abnormality responded promptly to systemic steroids.
