Tai chi is a slow, smooth moving exercise that can help protect your arthritic joints. While considered only a moderately aerobic exercise, its gentle movements have many benefits. It can help reduce stress, lower blood pressure, reduce stress, pain and inflammation, while improving your flexibility, strength, posture, concentration and your ability to relax. The best way to learn Tai chi is in a class setting where you can ask an instructor for advice and guidance.
