Systemic and nervous symptoms caused by food allergies have been described by dozens of professionals during the past several decades. Yet, this relationship is often overlooked by physicians and other professionals. Here’s why. Hidden, masked or delayed-onset food allergies (and/or adverse food reactions) cannot be positively identified by allergy skin tests or laboratory tests. Yet, they can often be identified by carefully designed, properly executed elimination diets.

Any dietary ingredient can provoke nervous symptoms, including milk, food colors, additives, sugar, wheat, corn, egg, chocolate, yeast and citrus.
