Exercising in a group can be very beneficial. When exercising in a group you’re more likely to show up for your workout because others are expecting you; it’s a chance to be social, getting you out of the house and visiting with friends; it’s supportive on your bad days and celebratory on your good days; and it helps builds self esteem as you see improvements in your health and wellness.
