You know that spending time with friends and family makes you feel good. Now a new study says it may boost your memory, too. Researchers found that people who talked regularly with friends, colleagues, relatives, and neighbors on the phone and in person could answer questions that tested their memory more accurately than those who were the least social. This was true for people as young as 24 and as old as 96.
