A recent study found that cutting back a little can mean a lot when it comes to weight control. Adding just 50 calories a day results in a two-pound gain at year’s end. Gulp! Obesity researcher James Hill, Ph.D., says not to despair. Simply eating fewer or burning off 100 calories every day will ward off the “creep” and spur weight loss. Just 100? We think that’s the most do-able advice we’ve heard in a while.
