Tip of the Day

Exercise can improve your overall health and well being as well as ease your arthritis symptoms. Exercise helps: keep joints moving; maintain muscle strength around joints; keep bones strong and healthy; makes daily activities easier, and improves your energy, controls your weight, and strengthens your heart.

Additionally, when exercising try to develop strong core muscles in your stomach and legs. This is a good way to improve overall strength and balance. Studies show that improving strength and balance are key to preventing falls and protecting joints from damage.
