Tip of the Day

Caffeine is a “loan shark” for energy. Many people with chronic fatigue fall into the trap of taking ever-increasing amounts of coffee to boost their energy so that they can function. What they don’t realize is that, as the day goes on, the caffeine takes away more energy than it gives. This starts people on a vicious cycle. It is a good idea to stop all of your caffeine intake initially for two to three months. You can then add up to 10 ounces of coffee a day when you are feeling better.
