Stress is a common factor when dealing with arthritis. The causes of stress are unique to every individual, learning what aspects of your life cause you stress is important to deciding how to adapt and overcome them.
A good way to keep track of stressful events is to keep a stress diary. Recording what caused your stress, how you felt, and how your body reacted will help you recognize stress when it happens, and perhaps help prevent it from becoming worse. Maintaining a diary will help manage your responses.
