Tip of the Day

An important component of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is disordered immune function. Your body may chronically think it is fighting an infection that is already gone, and this contributes to the symptoms. Since the immune system is not working well, people tend to get repeated infections such as sinusitis and other respiratory infections, bladder infections, bowel infections, and yeast overgrowth. These must all be treated while at the same time avoiding excessive antibiotic use [check with your physician about treatments that are right for your particular symptoms].
