Are you interested in meditation? Many find it to be extremely beneficial. Creative meditation is an excellent way to start. It involves thinking about one word, which you can then build on within the boundaries of that concept. For example, you take an idea or theme such as Love, Peace, Harmony, Health, God, or Energy, which you then hold in your mind. You continue by thinking only about words relating to this theme during your practice. You should use only constructive or positive words so that your energies are led upwards – destructive or selfish thinking will lead to fear, anxiety and exhaustion.
