Tip of the Day

CFS patient Trixie Whitmore advises, “If you have CFS, spending long periods in a steamy bathroom is not desirable. Chloroform is a low concentration by-product of chlorinated water and a bath is therefore preferable to a long shower. Make sure it is not too hot, otherwise, this will cause fatigue. Leave the window open or use an exhaust fan to provide plenty of ventilation and make those ablutions as quickly as possible.”
