A feeling of the urge to urinate, which is a condition called urinary urgency, painful or frequent urination, and incontinence have been found in about 25% of fibromyalgia patients. Since these problems can also be caused by other bladder and kidney diseases, it is important to check with your doctor to be sure no other specific problems are present.
