Tip of the Day

According to Dr. Harris McIlwain, "Fibromyalgia often occurs following an injury, even one that may be mild, or after a bout with the flu. Some patients diagnosed with Lyme disease, which can cause muscle and joint pain, along with other problems, and is spread through the bite of a tick, were found to have fibromyalgia as their main problem. No specific evidence was found that Lyme disease caused fibromyalgia in those patients, however."
