Hello doctor..Thank you so much.. I’m been pain for over 35 years.. and its been just 2010 I found out that I had fibromyalia.. also my doctors are having a hard time to find a right medications..right now my doctor gave me lyrica first was 50 mg twice a day and now they gave me 75 mg and its not really any change at all.. I tried one medication but my gouverment doesn’t cover it.. and it cost 50$ per month..I don’t have any insurance but only the gouvernment.. right now I’m very frustrated.. I just wish I had the correct medication so I don’t have to go back and forth for medication.. and also what you said about the pain I go through everyday… I can say one thing I have a greatest husband ever.. he’s been with me and helping me with everyday… but when I see another doctor for my shingles he told me the only thing is you just need to walk alot.. true but when you have this.. its too much for me and when I’m home I have to walk up 13 steps to go to my apartment..and I have to stop half way and thank go for my little dog stops and he looks at me and see if I’m ok.. anyway I just would love to find the right medication or something can help me and also help me have a good night sleep.. because I really don’t know what is good night sleep anymore.. thank you again..

He makes all the sense in the world. He’s seen the same thing all over the world.

I had a sudden onset of FM just after surgery and physical therapy on a shoulder that was already developing adhesions. It was horrific, there were days that I cried on the beginning of the first stretch.

I went the medical route. He’s right – no healing in that. But pain relief kept me from shutting down and loosing all of my life.
Now, desperately seeking healing the natural way.

I’m also a medical provider (Doctor of nursing practice) who believes and works with lots of fibromyalgia patients and their families. My daughter developed FM out of “no where” in her early adolescent years, while can’t pretend to know or imagine the pain and suffering she goes through each and every day, I’m on the other side of the fence and feel the emotional pain. She’s my hero and inspiration and the reason I completed my Doctoral Capstone Project in Fibromyalgia. For those with FM and those like me on the “other side” the most important part of your journey is finding the right health care team, those who will stand by you, and those who Believe you…. Don’t settle for anything less !!
