The results of the PACE trial conducted in Great Britain were published in 2011 in The Lancet. Since that time, government agencies have been promoting exercise and cognitive behavioral therapy as effective treatments for ME/CFS. The study’s full results were not released to the public, and will not be released as long as they are protected under “intellectual property” rights.
