Numerous studies have shown that exercise is beneficial for fibromyalgia, however, it can be difficult to start and stay with an exercise plan because of the pain.

In this video, Chere Nicholas shares how and why she decided to start running despite her FM pain. She told ProHealth, “I’m hoping I can inspire and help others who want to try to be active despite their fibro pain!”
