Washington State Pain Survey – Residents are invited to inform decisionmakers confidentially on how people in pain can be helped to receive better care

The American Pain Foundation invites state residents to complete the confidential online Washington State Pain Survey to inform decisionmakers about your experience trying to get your pain treated and managed, and what kind of help is needed.

According to the survey introduction, "This survey is intended to capture experiences of Washington State residents with regard to their pain care. By completing this survey, your responses will inform the American Pain Foundation, the public, elected officials, and other decision makers of what are common trends with regard to:

  • The impact of pain on individual lives,
  • Access to care,
  • The level of satisfactory pain management experienced, and
  • What people in pain need help with to improve their pain care."
