When you are exercising it is important and fun to set goals. Record your weekly progress in a personal log or notebook. Keep track of the number of pull-ups and curl ups you do and how far you can stretch. Keep track of the number of miles jogged. You may want to chart them on a map and plot a cross-country, imaginary trip. It’s also fun to make exercise a part of your daily life and to try to include friends and family members in your physical activities—walking, bicycling, swimming, skating, skiing, just to mention a few.
