When Will My Order Ship?

All orders placed by 10:30 am Pacific Time (1:30 pm Eastern Time) Monday through Friday, are shipped that same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day. If you are purchasing a “drop ship” product, being shipped directly from the manufacturer, please allow an additional 1 to 2 days for your order to be processed.

International Shipping Rates

International shipping charges are based on destination and weight.

Placing an international order:

  • Please allow up to 2-6 weeks for delivery.
  • Please note that shipments may be held in customs until you, the ordering party, pay the VAT (value added tax). The VAT is usually paid when the postal carrier delivers your mail, however the shipment may be held by customs until the VAT has been paid for. That will depend on how each individual customs office handles their shipments.
  • If the package is held by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to ProHealth, we regret we cannot issue a refund. If we receive a package back after it has been held and the products are in perfect, unused condition, we will credit you the product cost (shipping charges still apply).
