If you were diagnosed with fibromyalgia by Dr. R. Paul St. Amand, MD - developer of the Guaifenesin Protocol - you may be able to help by giving DNA to the fibromyalgia genetics research project he is conducting with The City of Hope.

“We need more participants to confirm the exciting preliminary data,” says the announcement at Dr. St. Amand’s Fibromyalgia Treatment Center website (www.fibromyalgiatreatment.com).

If you would like to help, you are invited to contact Dr. St. Amand’s Medical Assistant, Claudia Marek – e-mail claudiacmarek@aol.com

For information about the project, see “City of Hope Embarking on Three-Year Study of Inflammatory Gene Activation in FM Patients,” and “Dr. St. Amand Comments on First Report from City of Hope Fibromyalgia Research.”
