ProHealth Longevity ships orders to the U.S. and internationally.* We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.
All orders placed by 1:00 pm Pacific Time (4:00 pm Eastern Time) Monday through Friday, are shipped that same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.

Shipping via USPS: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brazil, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, Soloman Islands, South Suda, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen
Shipping via FedEx: Belarus, Brazil, Ukraine, Russia.

International
- Please allow up to 2-6 weeks for delivery.
- Please note that shipments may be held in customs until you, the ordering party, pay the VAT (value added tax). The VAT is usually paid when the postal carrier delivers your mail, however the shipment may be held by customs until the VAT has been paid for. That will depend on how each individual customs office handles their shipments.
- If the package is held by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to ProHealth, we regret we cannot issue a refund. If we receive a package back after it has been held and the products are in perfect, unused condition, we will credit you the product cost (shipping charges still apply).
