I was skeptical but willing to stick exactly to the program and log into the daily Zoom for 5 days and give it a chance. The program is so easy and the food was so good. I was hardly hungry at all. One of the keys - and best sources of support and information was the daily Zoom link. I tend to NOT log into things like that, but my friend that told me about ProLon and the non-fasting fast said how much she got from the daily zooms, so I made sure to check in and pay attention to the discussion. Well worth the effort. I had been struggling with gluten intolerance and several other digestive issues for the past several years, but the program resolved most of the issues. I'm about 9 days out and already looking forward to my next round. I looked good at the end, felt great, slept incredibly well - all the way through. Still following the post program plan with a terrific soup recipe and being more watchful. Survived several holiday events without being tempted. Very happy to have found this great gift to my health! Thanks!
