The powder under tong would be a good idea except that the powder is too acidic to tolerate once a day, much less that 7 doses a day

Noticed a difference immediately

Adding this powder to my supplement regimen was the only change I made last year when I first tried NAD+. I had tried other precursors, e.g., NMN and NR. Both my husband and I noticed we had more energy and greater mental clarity when we took one 150 mg serving/day. We use a milligram scale to measure the powder.

Trying to make it work for me.

Finished my first jar of NAD+ Pro in 15 days as directed. Haven’t seen any improvement yet. It’s expensive. Going to buy another one to see if it works. If it works for me, definitely I’ll continue using it.

Improved energy

Dear ProHealth Longevity,
I have used your NAD+ Pro Powder, [N] [M] [N] Pro Pure Powder size 15 grams for about one week. I put it under my tongue to dissolve. Today, I awoke early, felt refreshed and noticed the skin on my face feels softer! I am in my early 50’s and healthy, walk for exercise, eat a mostly vegan diet, but fatigue over the past few years has really increased. Day #1 (one serving) I felt slight nausea and headache that day only. I took this as a sign the NMN was working and going to the place in my body that needed it. Later that night I came up with a great proposal for a fund raiser! Day #2 (one serving) felt a little more energy. Day #3 (2 servings) more energy into the evening. Day #5 (4 servings) And as the week has gone on, I am feeling more energetic, morning, afternoon and evening! I am waking up easier in the mornings with more energy. I feel like my brain is able to think more. (Not that I had any issues before. I think my brain has more energy now ). This supplement is helping me return to more exercise! I am about 10 lbs overweight and know the energy that I am feeling will help me tackle that. It doesn’t matter if you take NAD+ Pro Powder with a meal or on an empty stomach because the sublingual powder bypasses the digestive tract.
Although you can take NAD+ Pro powder at any time, keep in mind that it can increase energy levels.
NAD+ is the oxidized form of NADH. Both NAD+ and NADH are essential components for transporting and making energy from the food we eat—we need both the reduced form (NADH) and the oxidized form (NAD+) to create energy.
NAD+ capsules (or any swallowed form of NAD+) are not well absorbed or used by our body.
