Promotes Longevity. NAD+ Triple Boost promotes longevity by increasing NAD+ levels in three critical, but different ways. NR is an NAD+ precursor, which directly and significantly increases NAD+ levels within the body. (1) Apigenin further increases NAD+ by inhibiting the activation of the CD38 enzyme, which is an NAD+ consuming enzyme that contributes to accelerated decline of NAD+ levels. (2) Tryptophan plays an additional role in the creation of NAD+ through the De Novo Synthesis Pathway, a process which uses available building blocks to increase NAD+ levels in the body in times of need. (3)
