Fibro Complete Multi (PH606, PH226) Alternative:

  This is a Dr. Teitlebaum formulation that comes in powder form and has to be mixed with a liquid or yogurt.  Although the amounts vary some, the majority of the ingredients are the same as those in the Fibro Complete Multi.

Fibro Energy Formula (PH120) Alternative:

• The best alternative recommended is taking two different supplements: a B-complex and a Magnesium and Malic Acid combo.  There are still a few ingredients in Fibro Energy that these two don't have, but they cover the most important ones.
