Best Product Out There!

I want the whole world to know how excellent this product is. I have struggled with B12 since 1997. Was told I had pernicious anemia & had to have injections for years. Then one day I began absorbing oral B12 again (or found a product that my body responded to). Through the years, I would still have to take 4-5x the recommended amount. But my levels crept up. Several years ago, I began struggling with B12 supplements in a new way: extreme, debilitating fatigue (requiring a nap) after some sublingual forms of it & feeling really bad later in the day (that I took it). I stumbled across this about 2 years ago & have been using it ever since. If my level is 400 or below, I take it daily. It brought me up to 1100! Whoops. So I now take it daily for a week if I'm below 600-700, then maybe 2x a week, down to a maintenance of 1x/week. It. Works. With chronic illness, we try to keep me at/above 900. This does the job. Always. With zero weird effects.

I was surprised that I began feeling less fatigued after only a week of using. Taste is fruity and not bad. It takes a bit longer to dissolve than I'd like - more than a minute. My only complaints are the cost and difficulty punching out of the holder.

It can be beneficial to take several forms of vitamin B12 together. The two biologically active forms of vitamin B12 are methylcobalamin and dibencozide, but the other forms (hydroxo- and cyano-cobalamin) are also beneficial for cellular health, liver support and blood cell formation.
Vitamin B12 seems to be absorbed better on an empty stomach.
Store vitamin B12 lozenges in a cool, dry place and follow the expiration date listed on the package.
