Use the height to weight chart to find your current weight group. Locate your height in the left-hand column and move across the row until you find your weight. The point where they meet will show you your current weight group. If your weight falls within the moderate to severe overweight range on the chart, you may be at a greater risk for developing health problems such as diabetes and heart disease.
