Barbara Gardner Hornsby moderates our annual “show and tell” with a new round-table format. Share and demonstrate your most useful tools and assistive devices for making everyday activities easier and more comfortable.

Physical therapist Mary Wetzler will answer questions about how to use tools and techniques to perform tasks more comfortably.

Clinical psychologist Dr. Rebecca Thompson will provide tips for staying motivated to keep searching for the best methods to accomplish what we want to do in life.

North Bay Fibromyalgia Forum meetings provide education, information, and support for persons with FM. Family, friends, and medical professionals are welcome. Presented and facilitated by neuropsychologist Dr. Rebecca E. Thompson.
