The course includes discussion on managing both symptoms and their effects – stress, relationship and work issues, emotions, and loss.
The cost of the course, which includes a hard copy of The Patient’s Guide to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia (also available free online) is $30 in US and Canada, $35 in rest of world, or $20 for those who have access to the book. Two free follow-up programs are open to course graduates: an advanced self-help course and a discussion group.
