Tip of the Day

HAPPY THANKSGIVING! All of us at Pro Health wish you a happy and healthy holiday. When I meet a new patient with their water bottle in hand, I usually know what their main complaint will be. As part of the hormonal problems, people with chronic fatigue have increased urine output and, therefore, are a lot thirstier than most people. Drinking a lot of water is important, and you may find that you need to drink two to three times as much as the average person. I recommend using filtered water.
