Tip of the Day

Fatigue patients often have a history of being sensitive to many foods and medications. They can often get away with small doses of medications but may respond adversely to normal or large doses. Fortunately, severe environmental sensitivity is much less common. I find that food and other sensitivities usually improve when the adrenal insufficiency and yeast overgrowth are treated.
