Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, noninvasive technique to restore normal rhythmic movement of the cerebrospinal fluid and the cranial bones, which is disrupted in CFS/FMS. Restoring normal rhythm is believed to have a positive effect on the central nervous system. Although no formal studies have been conducted, many anecdotal reports are positive.
